Does anyone know of the best cake decorating tools for beginners? My sister has started learning to make cakes at home. I want to give her a gift on this new journey of life. Please suggest

It depends what she wants to do. How about a turntable? Does she have a set of icing bags and nozzles? Would she like some tubes of coloured icing for writing? John Lewis, Lakeland and Pro Cook have a lot of related equipment.
