please give me your easiest foolproof recipes for delicious bread. It’s brand new - the Tefal pain et delices - it looks like it makes 500g, 750g or 1000g loaves.
I am excited to try it out. If anyone has a really brilliant basic everyday loaf (white or whole meal) that they use all the time I would be really grateful. Flowers

They come with a recipe booklet. Try spelt loaf. Very tasty.

Whatever you do and at least for your experimentation of recipes stage check the dough ball after 5/10 mins of mixing or so, getting the right consistency at this stage is key to a good loaf. If it's too dry you will need to add teaspoons of extra liquid to get it to right stage, if too wet you'll need to add more flour. You are looking for a smooth slightly sticky to the touch doughball that pulls itself away cleanly from the sides of the pan, it shouldn't be really sticky/wet and neither should it be so dry as to be very rough and craggy looking. Make notes on the recipes then as to what extra was needed so you know for next time.

I would suggest start with recipes in the manual and then you have perfected them you can usually adapt almost any bread recipe but following the order of adding ingredients stipulated in the manual.
