M&S bangbang chicken - how can I recreate the sauce?

I love M&S bangbang chicken - the little rectangular pots of chicken and dipping sauce. Can anyone tell me how to recreate the dipping sauce? I'm not looking for an authentic recipe, just something that tastes like the M&S version! Thanks all

One of our local Chinese takeaways used to do a really good bang bang chicken which was amazing, but I've yet to find anything close to it. It was a layer of matchstick cucumber and carrots and then the chicken on top and then a sort of spicy satay sauce. I still crave it.
I wonder if yours is similar?
