use hand beater to blend 125 g butter with 100 g of caster sugar. Slowly add 2 beaten egg yolks and 2 tsp vanilla essence (good stuff!) fold in 140 g self raising flour. Use a tsp to place onto a greased sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 10 - 15 mins at 180.
When cooled sandwich together with vanilla pasty stuff:
40 g butter blendd with 100 g icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tbl milk to make a thick icing.
