What meals can I make with sausages?

I have some sausages in the fridge and need some inspiration other than sausage and mash/chips sausage casserole, sausage pasta, fry up, toad in the hole. It’s for 4.

Sausages served with cauliflower cheese is hard to beat!

Sausage rolls, or sausage puff pastry twists with Boston Beans

Sausages with black beans, noodles and Chinese vegetables

I use balsamic vinegar.

I do mine with sweet potatoes and baby potatoes cubes, mixed bell peppers sliced, drizzle a mix of honey, olive oil seasoned with salt and pepper over. Bake for 30 mins.

Toad in the hole.

Sweet potatoes cubed, red onions cut into wedges - mix with garlic powder and olive oil and roast. When part cooked add mini corn cobs and sausages, and drizzle over some BBQ sauce. Then 10 mins before eating add a can of drained cannellini beans.

Not a recipe as such
But we are having sausages tonight with bubble and squeak and poached eggs.

This soup (or the version we had tonight using herbed and seasoned pork mince, kale and mixed beans, and with some slightly limp celery chucked in) is tasty and our kids liked it. I'd expected them to tolerate it, but they both went for seconds. Err on the side of a stronger stock.
