What can I make for tea tonight???

I’m making chicken nuggets. Dice my breasts roughly, mix a tsp of mayonnaise over (aioli would work, too) and dredge with oat flour and breadcrumbs.

Ten minutes on a hot bbq, turning at half time and they’re done.

I’m serving chips and salad because it’s 40 degrees out right now.

I made Thai green curry using a Spice Mix pack from the supermarket. It was delicious.

Hunters chicken? Wrap in bacon and cover in a bbq sauce if you have any, or it's easy to knock up, grated cheese and bake.
We're having this tonight.

I have been making chicken taco bowls. I marinate the chicken breasts in oil, lime juice, paprika, chilli and garlic. Then cook them (i usually fry on one side, turn over then fry on the other with the lid on so they also steam).

Meanwhile I make a bunch of other bits to go with it. Usually rice, beans, grated cheese, a salsa of some sort, avocado. I also do a little mayonnaise - if I had chipotle paste Id' do that but I don't so paprika and mustard added work. And some pickle - I pickle my own red onion but you could just use a jarred pickle.

We had something similar to this in the same situation last night and it was delicious!

We're having them stuffed with Boursin, wrapped in Parma ham and roasted with baby potatoes. Was going to do roasted broccoli too but inspired by another thread may do ratatouille instead!

Hasselback chicken stuffed with mozzarella and tomato slices and basil. I saw a recipe for that earlier today and looked great. Just cut diagonal slits across the chicken breast and stuff. Drizzle with olive oil and paprika.

Creamy Cajun chicken pasta. We're having it this weekend and I can't wait 😋.
