storing cut veggies

if I cut veggies and store in water in fridge how long can store them for ? Carrots, baby corn, red peppers etc

I’ve stored not in water but in a bag or box with a piece of damp kitchen roll for a couple of days. I think they might go a bit limp any longer.

I think I will try the water storage version. I want them on hand for snacks to help during the day.
