ohh, watching with great interest. And if people could throw in a recipe for Polish dumplings that go so well with goulash that would be heavenly but I'll have to start my own thread for that.

When my mum’s Hungarian friend babysat us, it was goulash or stuffed cabbage leaves or stuffed green peppers for dinner every time. God, that was good. Paprikash!
