Melon.
i like feeling physically full and the feeling of stuffing my face. Obviously still unhealthy to eat an entire melon but much better than chocolate
i also chop and freeze it so i have to chew more

Defintely protein not carbs. For me tuna and cheese or eggs salad (with no pasta/bread/rice). It may just be me but this really helps with carb spiking and then lows.

Half a cup of porridge oats, a cup of cold water, the juice of half a lime and some cinnamon powder.
Blitz with a hand blender and drink.
It’s very filling.
It’s called Oatzempic. 😀

Fruit and Greek yoghurt.
I love porridge and eat it a lot but I want to eat my own arm about an hour later. And overnight oats are even worse for some reason.

Same. Any high carby foodstuff is the same but always felt cheated by porridge as I choked it down because I kept being told how good and filling it was for me. It's bs. I suspect for a large chunk of the population who are more insulin resistant it just starts up days hunger roller coaster.

For me it's fat and protein.

Eggs and bacon.
Black coffee with double cream
Protein based salad with plenty of roast vegetables and oily dressing
Salmon

Same, porridge is nice but definitely not a filler for me.

Eggs, avocado, red meat, would be my top 3. A burger can fill me up for hours.
Peanut butter is satiating too for me. Stops the worst of the cravings I can have.
I try to have nuts as an evening snack if I get the munchies rather than hitting the biscuit tin.

Eggs, especially an omelette. I'm always hungry but if I make a mushroom omelette for breakfast I'll be fine until 1-2 pm. Strangely a 2 egg omelette fills me way more than 2 eggs on toast.
