Soft sausages - ok to eat?!

I am freaking out as I fried off some sausages form frozen for around 20 mins they were super soft, I chopped them up for a pasta bake and baked for a further 20 mins. They weren’t pink and the juices were clear but they just super soft and mushy. I am worried I didn’t them get hot enough inside! Are we all going to be ok?!

You cooked them for 40 minutes and the juices were clear and no pink. You will be fine no need to freak out, they probably just don’t have as much binder in

I often find that food goes a bit mushy after it’s been frozen too
