DONUTS AND CRISPY SPRING ROLLS

I cannot find any decent donuts or chinese type spring rolls stuffed with everything anywhere - not at the supermarket, not in cafe's not in takeaways.

Please let me have your ideas and recipies for doing it yourself! Tried and tested ones .

Also, if you make the donut dough in advance, can it be frozen?

this is one we have used and it was AMAZING. we filled with vanilla custard.

i like the cafe Asia veggie spring rolls but you do have to cook them for longer to get them crispy (air fryer seems to work better than oven).
