If I prep salad in bulk how long will it keep in the fridge

So as part of my new healthy eating I'm eating more salad but I HATE all the washing and chopping. So my thoughts are to chop lots and make my own sort of 'salad bar' in the fridge.

But how long do you think it would last before it goes horrible?

I usually have it the next day but no later than that

If you mean lettuce leaves they dry out really quickly once chopped. You could try some salads which are based on pulses or grains, they usually last a good few days in the fridge even with dressing and things like tomato and cucumber mixed in.

I find cucumber only lasts a few days at best but things like celery, radishes, spring onions, carrots etc last up to a week. I use bagged lettuce which also lasts around 5 days. What other veg would you want to include? I would image sweetcorn would last a few days also for example.
