Crustless quiche recipes

Does anyone have a really good and tasty crustless quiche recipe please, with the main ingredient being either bacon or tuna based?

I find so many quiches bland if they don’t have a lot of cheese, but there must be some who don’t rely on cheese to give flavour.

We prefer crustless as none of us are keen on pastry, plus we are trying to go low-carb where possible.

This is a veggie crustless one, full of protein, but you could add bacon to it. I find it a bit wet to eat hot but it’s delicious chilled. I only use 80g of cheese in the whole thing but add 4 tsps of nutritional yeast to boost the cheese flavour, with bacon you probably wouldn’t need nutritional yeast. There are a couple of slices of bread in it but, between 4, that’s only half a slice.

Just remembered, I only add 525-550ml of liquid as my slices of bread are small. You could leave the bread out completely and just use less liquid I suppose.

A quiche without pastry is a frittata. I make them frequently, but I don't have a recipe. It's usually whatever veg needs using + protein in a sort of flat omelette base. Loads of recipes on Google.
