Small quick lunches

I'm trying to get my backside into gear and eat healthier. Breakfast is now a savoury concoction of goodness with eggs, veggies, seeds, etc. I treat myself to a piece of sourdough too.

It keeps me fuller for longer but by 2pm I need something for lunch, nothing huge.. just to keep me going til dinner.
Preferably low carb - any ideas?

Home made veg soup with added beans for protein (pretty much any onion - veg - tinned beans - stock - season - blend). Can batch it, freeze and take out a different flavour each day so you don't get bored. Oven baked frittata - roast veg, add eggs, seasoning, grated cheese. Can do a big one or individual ones in muffin tins that keep for a few days (if you didn't have eggs for breakfast)

I do tuna with berlotti beans, tomatoes and french dressing mixed together.

Also as pp a large fritata with peppers, spring onions, mushrooms and cheese. Good for 3 days.
