00 flour or presifted plain flour for cinnamon rolls?

The recipe calls for plain flour but I have 00 plain flour and presifted plain flour what do you think is best for cinnamon rolls? Thanks

No idea about the flours but always sift before using. I don’t see how presifted could retain the air.

00 is milled finer than ordinary flour. If making with yeast, so an enriched dough, I would use 00.
No idea what pre-sifted flour is, or that it was a thing. If you want to sift, just do it.
