What’s the best comfort food to eat when you’re on your period and feeling crampy, tired and hormonal? I don’t just want seeds and broccoli, but I’m not wanting to drown in Cheetos either. Any happy medium ideas?

Chocolate/ yogurt covered cranberries are my current favourite. I also like a bowl of chocolatey cereal, like coco pops!

Warmth eases pain so I would always go for soups, pea&ham or cream of tomato, with chunky brown bread.
