Homemade wedges, can you freeze them?

I usually par-boil wedges of potato and then bake in oven in butter.

It's a faffbut I dont like the frozen shop bought wedges.

So question is can you freeze homemade wedges if I place in zip bags perhaps?

That's exactly what I do with them but I put them in a freezer bag after par boiling and cooling a bit and squirt in some oil and massage them around to cover a bit, you could just as easily use melted butter. I open freeze them then on a parchment paper covered tray, when solid then I put them in bags, if you freeze in bag initially they may stick together a bit.
