I'm addicted to geobars, which are the perfect chewiness, but they are costing me a fortune! Does anyone have a recipe for a meusli bar that is chewy, not like granola?
Thanks!

If you look on Annabel KArmel's website under food for toddlers there is nice recipe, which I adapted. Mine came out very chewy and yummy and fortunately for me was rejected by ds..
Can't remember name sorry...(it was only two days ago)

Ooh, thank you, that does look good, and sufficiently adaptable for even my complete lack of cooking skills!

I toast seasame seeds pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds and porridge oats in a pan add to a bowl with raisins and sultanas and anything else I cna find in the cupboard (dates cashews almonds(chopped)that kinda thing) and then melt peanut butter, honey (or golden syrup) and a knob of butter in the mic and add. Bung in a tray and leave to cool in the fridge. Dead easy.

The longer you cook the peanut mixture for the chewier they will be.
