Does it jsut say sell by/ use by/ or best before? If it's use by I wouldn't, but otherwise if it smells ok I think I would.
All cheese fiends in this house, ricotta would not last for very long in our fridge!

when was the use by?

Iota · 08/05/2008 14:43

I would eat it if it smelt ok

MikeStand · 08/05/2008 14:49

it's a tub of sainsburys home brand with use by 30th April. I was going to do baked pasta shells with spinach and ricotta so would have been in a hot oven.
