Recipes for an overload of zucchini & green beans

It's summer here & I'm drowning in these. Am getting bored with my usual recipes like zucchini slice or fritters, soup, beans in tomato/onion, with or without spices.

Apparently zucchini cake/loaf is nice but I don't have a sweet tooth.

Any ideas?

I would make a tart, with ready made puff pastry.
You put creme fresh on the pastry,
then a layer of courgette slices,
then sliced goats cheese, then more slices of courgette.
Grated lemon zest and salt and pepper on each layer.
Then cook for half an hour on gas mark 5. Or until crispy. And finish with parmesan shavings.

As for the beans, I'd just lightly boil them and serve with garlic vinaigrette, alongside the tart.
