what do we mean by 'whole foods'

I have forgotten tbh

I have forgotten if they are just healthy things or particular special things

the only time I see 'whole foods' it is on the name of a shop

is there a list?

I think it is anything that hasnt really been tampered with isn't it? not sure actually.

I presume it is osemthing that hasn't been alatered very much between it being grown and packaged.

Not refined or processed - so brown rice and sugar etc, wholemeal flour...
