Easiest / Quickest Breakfast you can think of

My mornings are always a rush between school drop off and getting to work on time. I usually grab a Trek bar or Grenade bar to hold me over until lunch, but realise all the processed junk can't possibly be good for me!

Am I delusional to think there may a product like this, that's just grab and go, without all the negative health implications??

If it's impossible, what else can I grab quickly in the mornings? (I hate oatmeal and yogurt which doesn't help!)

Thanks for any advice!

The OP says she doesn't like yogurt or granola and 80% of these suggestions are either of those...

OP I have a Tefal Toast 'n' Egg toaster - stick in an egg and bread while doing other jobs then come back to perfectly poached or boiled egg to have on toast. Quick to cook, eat and barely any clean up.

From our local market we bought a box of 48 microwave bacon rolls, for £10, turns out it’s the ones that they sell on flights, microwave for 90 seconds and they’re ready, they really are nice, lol can’t believe how much they charge on the plane for them !!!

If we have one at the weekend I always have a hash brown and a egg in it

I prefer to forgo breakfast ( I start work at 6am so couldn't even think of it ) but between then and 11 when Im back home, I often get the munchies ao I reach for the cheese or an egg. Not a lot of cheese, I used to buy baby bels and eat a couple of those before you needed a mortgage to buy a pack, now I just cut a lump off a block and cut into wee cubes. Hard boiled eggs, cook enough for 3 days - easy grabbed, a few slices of ham along side - keeps you fuller for longer

But my most favourite is Dahl , I make a pot on a Saturday or Sunday and I keep it in the fridge and nuke as and when adding spinach whilst heating ( warmed up spinach is disgusting ) I cook Dahl with sweet potato or butternut squash to make it even more filling and healthy and the beauty is, apart from being so cheap and full of protein, you can eat it cold

To everyone who has suggested oats and/or yoghurt, please note, the OP said ‘(I hate oatmeal and yogurt which doesn't help!)’.
