I am veggie and just had my iron tested. It was fine, so I must be doing ok.
I eat a lot of spinach and greens in curries, stirfries, pasta. With a squeeze of lemon for absorption.
Raisins and cranberries.
Fortified oatmeal.
Lentils and beans particularly kidney beans
Cashew nuts and almonds for snacks.

Top iron-providers are liver, black pudding, red meat.

Veggies sources can't really compare but they are better for you in other respects. As PP says above plus prunes, wheatgerm, blackberries.

I've just inadvertently tried to help out my iron levels by eating some dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts. It was delicious Wink

I’ve heard that it’s good to eat your iron-rich foods with vitamin c to aid absorption. Have an orange after your roast beef sandwich!

I’ve also heard that tannins in tea can block iron absorption, so you could try not having tea an hour before or after your iron-rich foods.
