Homemade snacks for young kids

My kids are alllllwwwaayyyysss wanting snacks (5y and 2.5y). I generally give them fruit and veg but will also let them snack on graze flapjacks etc. Does anyone have a recipe that is healthy and delicious? All the healthy flapjack recipes I've tried are basic at best. Doesn't have to be flapjacks but would like more carbs/protein to fill them up between meals (which they eat as well but will only eat small portions and not fans of meat/fish although will eat it) so a traybake style snack would be perfect!

All of these are successful and don’t crumble.
Cheese and marmite http://www.katehenry.co.uk/cheese-and-marmite-flapjacks-after-school-snack-sorted/
Carrot flapjacks https://www.myfussyeater.com/savoury-carrot-flapjacks/

Other snacks which go down well with my dc:
Cheese and sweetcorn muffins https://www.tamingtwins.com/savoury-muffins-recipe/
Peanut butter, banana, honey and oat smoothie
