Help me turn my brown sauce

Orange, at the very least!

So, I've just made a batch of healthy vegetable pasta sauce. It looks nice, red and vibrant. The issue is that I have to blend it for my dcs. I forgot it had spinach in, and now I have disgusting looking brown sauce. It tastes good though!

Besides eating it in the dark, what can I add to turn it an orange, or red colour?

Some cream should lighten the colour, and some tinned tomatoes

Cream as above. Tomato puree. OR if you're cheese eaters could you cover in grated cheese or do it as a pasta bake covered in grated cheese or bread crumbs.

Thank you, I haven't gotten any cream in. I have mixed cream cheese in which sort of melted and it lightened it a bit. Then lots of cheddar on top! I'm pleased I have dh, and mine separately because we like it as is. Kids!! I have to get nutrition into them some way, brown sauce though 😂
