Vegetarian/vegan slow cooker ideas or recipes?

So I’m vegetarian, and I have a slow cooker but don’t really see any vegetarian recipes, it seems to be mainly meat. Is a slow cooker just not that useful for vegetarians?

It would be fine for curries, chillies, bean casseroles. Anything that benefits from a slow cook to release the flavours.

I don't have a slow cooker because none of the things we like eating benefit from long slow cooking. Vegetables tend to be best when cooked quickly at a higher temperature. The exception might be very heavily pulsey things but we don't like those.

Thanks @PokerFriedDips @SereneCapybara so what about dhal? I know you have to boil it but after that could I chuck it in the slow cooker to simmer? Or better on a stove top?

Any other ideas?
