M&S tiger prawn selection - unsure what to do

Hi all
hoping you can help
i froze the tiger prawn selection from M&S at Christmas - sealed unused etc. but now I’m looking to use it and it doesn’t say whether to defrost before cooking?? (I have read the instructions)
am I being dim? Do I just defrost it like I would with frozen prawns ? (Although some you can cook from frozen)

I cooked mine from frozen
It was fine

I'd cook from frozen - just for longer time

Use the oven cook from frozen instructions but take a few mins off if doing in the air fryer

How weird that my packaging doesn’t have this?! Nor the airfryer instructions!
