Suggestions for a dessert to take to dinner with friends: summery / make ahead / gluten-free

I said I'd bring a dessert. I'm a good cook and have time to make something nice, but I'm not very interested in desserts. No sweet tooth. Would appreciate some suggestions recipes.

It must be gluten free (and vegetarian, though most desserts are. No jelly, I suppose). I would prefer something I can make ahead and stick in the fridge.

This. Looks good, really easy. Has lemon curd and berries so not too sweet.

Baked cheese cake, base made with gf biscuits. Plain vanilla is delicious but can top with fruit or drizzle with chocolate or put a layer of caramel between the base and cheese layer.

I think a lime pie idea is appealing the most. GF ginger biscuit base and lime filling. I'll take some fancy vanilla ice cream to have wth it.

I made the Nigella Lawson Chocolate olive oil cake which is dairy and gluten free. Serve with raspberries and non dairy cream.
