Hi!

Id like to buy some tea for a friend who in passing said they liked a lavender tea which helped them sleep and relax (they have a lot of stress on their lives right now). I don't think it was a supermarket brand, but if it works it works and wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

Thanks al x

I like teas but can't say I've ever tried lavender. Suppose it makes sense considering you get it as a spray for pillows to help aid sleep.

Chamomile is the only tea I hate (smells like playdough!) and its meant to be good for sleep. So would be interested to try the lavender stuff too.

Pukka tea - Earl Grey with Lavender is nice.

If you want pure lavender tea, there are a few brands out there, like this one

(Edited to fix link)

This one is really relaxing.

Try bird and blend, I don't know how to link but you can filter for benefits and they have several sleepy teas.

I like the Pukka night time tea a lot. Sadly, I can't really tell if it is relaxing or not because our cat goes absolutely wild for it and I'm constantly trying to escape from him when I drink it. I think it might be the valerian in it that he is after.
