There was an episode of this where he showed you a really clever way to carve the chicken which meant bot the the breasts came off very easily and simply but I cant remember how to do it and cant find anything on youtube or channel 4 site so can anyone on here remember?

you need to cut the legs and wings off then take out the wishbone. Then just slice down the backbone and pull the breasts off. Hey presto!
