Looking for ideas on what else can I do with white cabbage please! I normally shred it and put it into stir fries or udon noodles or tacos or okonomiyake. I'll chunk it up and use it to roast a chicken on, but nobody wants to eat it afterwards as it's dripping with fat (high cholesterol household). I simply cannot go back to the days of boiled cabbage like school dinners, that would be a step too far. Does anyone have any interesting ideas? I don't live in the UK anymore so would love English/Welsh/Scottish ideas especially! Thank you!
