Has anyone tried 3 ingredient dough? (Sr flour, baking powder, yoghurt)

I’ve seen a few recipes for this 3 (sometimes 2) ingredient dough that can be used to make flatbreads, pizza dough, bagels, etc.. is it actually any good? I think it would be so handy for a weekend evening meal in the airfryer but I’m worried it would come out like cardboard!

Yummy in a frying pan

Yes, we've made excellent flatbreads with that recipe.

Quitelikeit · 07/01/2025 19:12

Me I thought it was very bland

Good as flatbread!

We make flatbread this way. Really useful for cooking outside and camping. We then make a glaze to go on top.

They're delicious.

Yep - dead easy!

@Quitelikeit - add herbs/salt/pepper/spices/garlic etc. for a bit more flavour

You could try experimenting with things like chopped olives or sun dried tomatoes, snipped anchovies or pesto to add a bit of pep. Finish when baked with a drizzle of garlic or chilli oil and sea salt.

As a flat bread, eaten pretty soon after cooking, it is excellent.

My kids like it with bowls of garlicy melted butter to dip in.
