No idea what to cook! Inspire me!

Veg hotpot with black pudding.

Pasta puttanesca. DH is out so I’m finishing up yesterday’s leftover sauce.

It’s not a proper puttanesca. Just tuna, anchovies and black olives in a tomato base.

This and smelling good!

Tomato and truffle linguine with spinach, mushrooms and black olives.

Lots of Parmesan on top too!

Salmon Kabsa - a Middle Eastern spiced rice dish that we're very fond of.

We are having M&S salmon quiche, baked potatoes and salad. Bit summery but I'm feeling flu-ey and uninspired.

might be a simple chicken coconut curry tonight

or meat free sausage & mash

Beef stew over jacket potatoes with grated four cheese mix. Ooh I can't wait!

A lamb stew with dumplings.

Roast beef, mash, gravy, carrots & peas.

Quiche Lorraine, quick and easy!

Pie, mash and veg.

Chilli and rice - easy tea, batch cooked mince out of the freezer

Turkey & Leek gnocci soup with baguette and chocolate fudge cake for pudding.

Tabbouleh with chickpeas, halloumi and salad.

Mince pies with dash of cream for dessert (we were away for a lot of Christmas so not fed up of them yet)

Thai green curry and lime brown rice

Macaroni cheese - (sauce from freezer, I heard Michael Moselynsay cooked and reheated pasta has lower GI), roast veg and chickpeas and steamed green beans.
