Are any of the microwave meals, ideally from Tesco, not to bad on the uhp front. I have a broken rib and cooking so does not appeal atm

A quick glance suggests that yes, many are not UPF. I'd guess that oven ones like the Charlie Bigham might be better than many of the microwave ones. But the ones I looked at all seemed to be fully ingredients I recognised without any weird extras.

Other options if this is helpful at all are things like those rice pouches, which you can top with things like hot smoked salmon/smoked mackerel (heat in microwave if you like) and a bagged salad or those pre-chopped and packaged vegetables. it's all processed, but fairly easy not to get UHP. Or a rotisserie chicken with rice and salad or even new potatoes and veg.

The plant chef range have a mushroom stroganoff, but I can fully recommend their lentil bolognese. I buy that when I CBA, and it's delicious!
