I have loads of family recipes I do in these but have in laws coming and wondering if I could do a baked curry or something? Ideally chicken based. Help!

Are they coming today? I find curry always tastes better the next day so maybe you could make one ahead?

Ottolenghi Marbella chicken and one of his baked rices… very easy, very delicious. And feels more special than a standard tray bake.

Nadia's Peanut chicken traybake. I generally use 2 x 250g packs of gnocchi and ready made peanut butter. Goes down well in our house and can also be adapted for vegans (using maple syrup and vegan chicken strips).

Nadiya's one-tray chicken peanut traybake from Time to Eat is a great midweek meal that the family will love. Plus homemade peanut butter for breakfast too.
