Nice meal with beef mince...

Got people coming for NYE (very very relaxed and casual, lots of kids!). I was planning to do either a whole brisket or slow roast pork shoulder, but I've got absolutely loads of beef mince in the freezer and before I go ahead and order was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a standout beef dish using beef mince? Maybe some kind of amazing kebab? Looking for something really nice, not the usual 'big vat of chilli' always suggested here, or tacos, lasagne etc. it's hot here so we'll be outside if that makes a difference?

There are lots of recipes out there for a warming Hungarian Goulash with minced beef, can either serve with pasta or baked potatoes and crusty bread with sour cream. Big salad on the side sorted 🤤

I think Chilli would be great because you can do it in advance. And to me it feels special if you have loads of lovely sides - home made guacamole etc

Thai spiced mince with peppers and basil, served with rice and salad. Also spring rolls and perhaps some other nibbles/sides. Look at a takeaway menu for inspiration.
