Bollocks over boiled parsnips not really soggy can I save them 😭

Left them in the boiler too long whilst opening presents 😭

Mash them with butter. They'll be fine.

Have you got an air fryer? I wonder if you could crisp them up in a hot oven without overcooking too much more.

Agreed mash with butter, but they are lovely mashed together with carrots. You could crisp them in the oven like duchesse potatoes, too.

Thank you managed to save half and crisps them in the air fryer and will blitz the rest for soup 😄
