Leftover lamb leg

We have about 400g leftover lamb leg which I would quite like to use up tonight ahead of Christmas. However, since it is Christmas Eve, I really want to turn it into something that feels 'special'. Does anyone have any ideas. It needs to feed 2 as the others are having something else.
