My instant pot is a glorified rice cooker - Veggie ideas please!

As the title my instant pot is a glorified rice cooker. It makes fabulous rice and risotto but not much else.
We are all vegetarian so I'm looking for your best non-rice ideas please :)

Just remembered it also does a great job proving dough on the yoghurt setting, so maybe I've been a bit harsh!

Five bean chilli
Lentil soup
Moroccan soup
Chickpea and sweet potato curry

Thank-you @username299 the chilli & curry are great ideas. DH is the soup king in this house so I wouldn't want to tread on his toes, but I'm not sure he's considered the instant pot - I'll suggest it but not sure his soup routine can be changed!

Mac and cheese as well as vegan Mac and cheese
Sticky toffee pudding
Curries
Homemade jam
Cheesecake

Cheesecake!? I'd never have thought of that, do you have a recipe you would recommend?

I'm a massive sticky toffee pudding fan so I'm going to look up those recipes, just realised I can.probably steam the Christmas pudding in it too.

I use mine to steam seitan.
