baileys, espresso and vodka for a sort of espresso martini.

prosecco, amaretto and cranberry.

Cerialkiller · 22/12/2024 18:31

Mojito is my favourite. Just a (fresh or not) lemonade with mint and rum.

Half red wine, half bottled chilled lemonade was a common drink in Spain but can't remember the name.

Ameretto with cranberry juice. (Tastes like cherry weirdly)

A popular one while I worked in front of house at a busy restaurant. Bellini. Half prosecco, half juice of choice. We did a fab raspberry peach and mango one but any nice plain juice or mixed juice will do. Serve with a strawberry.

Candyfloss martinis: cranberry, vodka, strawberry liquor, lemon juice and candyfloss.

Amaretto, lime juice and ice cubes.

RandomMess · 22/12/2024 18:58

Gin, vermouth & lime juice

squashyhat · 22/12/2024 19:02

Not sure what it's called. Quantities for 2 people: 100ml bourbon, splash of dry vermouth, 2 dashes of angostura bitters, I tablespoon each of sugar syrup (easy to make and keeps forever), orange juice (carton is fine) and lemon juice (bottled is fine). Shake with half a dozen ice cubes, strain into 2 cocktail glasses and garnish with a slice of orange.

I was coming on to suggest this one.... made it yesterday and it was delicious 😋
My drinks weren't coldso I made it in a jug with ice, and I felt it went a good way. Very easy to drink!

RandomMess · 22/12/2024 19:11

Oops mine had sugar syrup in it too 🤣

DelilahBucket · 22/12/2024 19:14

Creme de cassis and prosecco = kir royale.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/12/2024 19:16

Amaretto and cranberry juice is delicious.

Bellini - you can get bottles of peach juice in Waitrose, or definitely used to be able to.

LeedsUniPlanning · 22/12/2024 19:21

Gimlet. Gin. Lime juice. Sugar syrup.

AdaColeman · 22/12/2024 19:21

Winter berry cocktail, any fruit liqueur (blackcurrant, blackberry etc) or grenadine for a lower alcohol version, in a champagne flute glass, topped up with Prosecco or any fizz or white wine. Add frozen blackberries for a garnish.

Campari and Prosecco.

Dirty martini, mix a standard dry martini, then add a dash of the brine from your jar of olives, garnish with a twist of lemon peel and two or three stuffed olives.
🍸 🍸 🍸 🍸 🍸
