Nut free, legume free, soy free, gluten free vegetarian starter please!

As per the title!

Six people. Only one is veggie but would like to do one dish to meet all requirements.
A starter that is:

• vegetarian
• gluten free
• soy free
• legume free
• nut free
• easy for me to make in advance!

Also ideas for things to go alongside a Jannson's Frestele (I had to google too!) that a Swedish friend is bringing as the centrepiece of the main. I'm tempted to serve a ham alongside, and pickled beetroot, but that's as far as I've got!

Have you got a food processor ? You literally stick everything in the blitzer, whizz it up and then form into balls. The sauce is dead easy too. Those are the kötbullar that they serve in ikea but I promise if you make them you will never eat theirs again, they aren't very nice compared to homemade.

i regularly make a big batch of the meatballs and we have it as a weeknight dinner with mashed potatoes, braised red cabbage and redcurrant or lingonberry jam. It's really quick and easy.

Recipe for the kjøttkaker please, my mum used to make them after living in Norway!
