It's not too bad I'm surprised to say. Got it in Asda.

Might be worth a try for those of us trying to cut down a bit (well, me )

They had Chardonnay too and a rose but I can't remember what that one was called. I don't know if they're new or whether I just haven't noticed them before in my haste to get at the hard stuff.

When you say not too bad...how bad?

MarsLady · 01/05/2008 16:45

Alcohol free??????????? And the point??????????

It's like that nonsense they call diet and caffeine free cola. May as well drink water.

SoupKitchen · 01/05/2008 16:46

I bought it for a friend who couldn't drink, she thought it was horrid and I must say so did it I

JeremyVile · 01/05/2008 16:48

I have tried it, but didn't like it at all.
Quite like alcohol free lager.
Though tbh, I'd sooner have a soft drink.

Oh Marsy - you can be me anytime...

TsarChasm · 01/05/2008 17:06

I don't think you'd mistake it for the real thing , but it wasn't too bad(ish).

I have tried it - is it called "Fre"? Thought it was disgusting personally, and I couldn't finish the glass and threw the rest of the bottle away. Just tasted like grape juice.

Becks alcohol free beer, OTOH, is very nice indeed.
