Best Healthy Meal Delivery Service

Hi everyone I hope I am posting this is the correct section.

My cholesterol is shockingly high, and my folate extremely low, (which I found out a couple of months ago). Ive been cooking from scratch ever since kinda following the meditteranean diet, and using benecol. Im totally over it. I live alone, and Im not convinced its any cheaper for me as a singleton (id say Im spending more overall), and Im sick of cooking and cleaning up just for me tbh.

Im after a healthy meal delivery service and wondered if anyone had any good recommendations? Im after something that has low saturated fat, and no hidden nasties, and just unprocessed clean food. Calories are not an issue, but having plenty of veg in them is important, and I have to up my green leafy veg intake. I was thinking Cook (but I dont think they have enough veg in them), Simmer, Field Doctor (this one looks promising). I defo dont want to do the 'veg on the side' I want a meal that is complete so I have no more faffing about or extra expense.

Any thoughts anyone? Much appreciated.

If you don't mind it being wholly vegetarian, Planty is meant to be great, one of my friends swears by it. The website has the option to filter by meals that have low saturated fat and they say that their meals have at least 2 of your 5 a day. A better way to eat | About us | Planty

We use Simmer having tried most of them. Really happy with it, lots of protein and veg and the meals are really nice. They have a big selection and choice and we've also found it the cheapest.

Mindful Chef is absolutely brilliant. Full of vegetables, usually low carb and delicious.

You might be better off using a private chef who works locally who can custom meals to you. It sounds like a rich person thing but lots offer meal prep type services at a very reasonable price.

Thanks everyone.

It would have to have some meat in it. But I will look into all of these.
