Pre-cooked roasted carrots - reheating

For various very boring reasons mostly to do with logistics, I need to pre-roast my honey/cumin carrots for Christmas day. I have two questions on how this can work out better for me:

1 Ideally, I'll re-heat them by just banging them all in the airfryer. They wouldn't fit in a single layer as they will when I ook them in the oven, but that will be okay for reheating right?

2 Can I do them the day before or must I do them first thing in the morning? I'd really like to do them the day before so that I'm removing that task (and associated cleaning up) from Christmas.

Ok in what way? I mean...they're certainly not going to cause food poisoning, they'd have to be mouldy to cause a problem.

Day before will be fine to do them and reheat on the day, should work fine in airfryer, shot of microwave if needed to fully heat, I might do that before throwing them in air fryer so it just has to 'roast' them a bit again rather than actually reheat. When you prep them don't overcook, under if anything.

Do them the day before and then I’d be inclined to either take 10-12 minutes to do them in the oven or whack in microwave. I don’t really like them in the air fryer personally.

Oh, I meant okay in terms of maintaiing their sweet, sticky goodness without getting soft and flabby! Should have clarified that!

Definitely under cook them when you do the pre-cook then finishing in air fryer will be perfect I think.

Yes, I think the advice to precook but under cook then whack in air fryer is a good one. Works well with the oven space as well - one oven for yorkshires, one for cauliflower cheese and then the air fryer for carrots while the meat is resting.

If I cook them the day before, I might not even <gasp> store them in the fridge overnight..... Dont' know if I'll have space. And worried abotu over refridgeration messing with texture! Grin No Germaphobes here!
