M & S Turkey Crown 160 or 180 C

Just bought a 2.3 kg M & S Turkey Crown unstuffed. It says cook at 160 C for 2hours 45 minutes in the tray it comes in. Should I follow or follow other recipes which say cook at 180 C for a shorter time ?
Never cooked a crown before

I've always followed the M&S packet instructions and never had a problem.

I would follow their instructions, whether or not it's a fan oven can matter too, does it specify either in the M&S one or other things you are reading? Either way I'd go with 160 in a fan oven.
