Super cheap but lovely festive gift recipes

Normally I spend about £5-£10on gifts for neighbours/teachers etc but that ends up being a lot. What very easy recipes do you suggest which don't require lots of expensive ingredients that I won't use again? Something that I can make quickly, cheaply and will look nice and festive.

Mince pies - around 50p each if you use butter in the pastry, and much nicer than shop bought.

I did peppermint bark one year - milk chocolate, white chocolate and smashed up peppermint candy canes.
went down a treat!!

Chocolate bark definitely.

Thank you all. I did rocky road. Ended up being a bit more expensive than I hoped but meant we had some to keep and also some that I was able to put together as a gift for an unexpected invite so all good. I used shortbread but next time would go for a plainer biscuit as it was a bit rich.
