I make a chocolate mousse and add cointreu, any good? Can photo the recipe.

Crepe suzette.

My mum used to make chocolate truffles flavoured with Cointreau. They were very nice.

Icing sugar, dark chocolate, ground almonds, cocoa, butter, Cointreau and the yolk of an egg, I think. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water. Lots of sieving, stirring. Chill in fridge for two hours, shape and dip in cocoa. Some people dip in chocolate vermicelli but that spoils the texture.
