Any good recipes for vegetarian canapés/finger foods ?

Brie, walnuts and cranberry sauce, wrapped in filo pastry so it looks a bit like a cracker, or a sweet in a wrapper.

Cheese and pineapple on sticks - I’m actually serious!

Vol au vents if you can find any - maybe with mushrooms

Those little peppers stuffed with cream cheese or mashed feta

Mini quiches, similar to one listed up thread, but with filo pastry instead. Summer rolls. Lots of youtube videos on how to roll them, and can be made a day ahead of wrapped in cling film. I eat meat but actually prefer them vegan. They are also gluten free! I serve with a basic satay sauce (measurements are flexible!)- in a jar mix about 3T crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 T soy sauce, 1tea sesame oil, 1T sweet chilli sauce and use water, a little at a time to thin to a honey consistency. I fill these little canapé cups with hummus and finely sliced spring onions, olives, cherry tomato or mushroom and walnut pate.

Blinis topped with herb cream cheese and some fresh herbs
