What do you use your rice cooker and/or multi-cooker for at Christmas?

Thanks to Black Friday I am now the proud owner of a rice cooker AND an Instant Pot multi-cooker (so pressure and slow cook). I am a novice at using both of these so really looking for how others have found they can make life easier on Christmas Day (I tend to cook everything on the day rather than prepare in advance). Please do share your tips with me!

You can steam your Christmas pudding for several hours in the rice cooker if you really think that's better than four minutes in the microwave.

I suppose you could also slow cook a gammon or ham if you want, but I also have a slow cooker and a rice cooker and have never used either of them on Christmas Day.
