Where to find or what to use as curds for Yorkshire curd tarts

Had one today, now need to make my own.

What do you use for curds, not sure I want the faff of making my own curds.

Is cottage cheese very different, if I buy the really nice thick creamy full fat Longley Farm version?

Longley farm sell Yorkshire curd. If not stocked locally to you (I live near longley farm so it is in all the shops) you can buy online

Its hard enough to find their cottage cheese, unfortunately Ive never seen this.

Longley farm only offer click and collect to the farm itself on orders through their website unless you know anywhere you can order for delivery? I looked into getting a vat of their cottage cheese delivered 🤤 but alas we live nowhere near the farm so the little tubs from Morrisons will have to suffice.
